Plans were submitted for a 6-story mixed-use building on the corner of Tejon and Bijou. Would add about 100 apartments and retail space. The old parking lot there has been empty for years so this is welcome news. Anyone know if they are keeping the existing trees along the street? That block has some beautiful old elms.
