Garden of the Gods trail etiquette — please leash your dogs

I love Garden of the Gods as much as anyone but the off-leash dog situation is getting out of control. I have been charged by unleashed dogs 3 times this month on the Central Garden Trail.
It is a city park with clear leash laws. If you want your dog off-leash, go to Bear Creek Dog Park which is literally 5 minutes away. Rant over.
