The city just approved a 12-story mixed-use development on Brighton Blvd. It will include 350 residential units, ground-floor retail, and a public plaza. Construction is expected to start this summer. What does everyone think about the height? The original proposal was 8 stories but the developer pushed for more density. Personally I think RiNo can handle it given the transit access, but I know some neighbors are concerned about shadows on the existing homes to the east.
