I have lived on 12th and Pearl for 5 years and the noise from the bars has gotten significantly worse. There are now 4 venues within a block that have outdoor speakers going until 2 AM on weeknights. I get that I chose to live in a nightlife district but there used to be a reasonable cutoff. Has anyone had success working with the city on noise ordinance enforcement?
