Best trail conditions right now for spring hiking?

Looking to get out this weekend before the storm hits. Which trails have good conditions right now? I know a lot of the higher elevation stuff is still snowed in.
Thinking about either Green Mountain or South Valley Park. Anyone been recently? Do I need microspikes?
