I have been tracking the market pretty closely and it looks like median home prices in Denver dropped about 3% from last quarter. Days on market are up to 28 from 19 a year ago. Anyone else seeing this in their neighborhood? We are looking to buy our first home and wondering if we should wait another few months or jump in now before rates potentially drop and bring more buyers back.
