Drove by the old King Soopers site on Sheridan today and saw permits posted for a new Whole Foods. A neighbor who works in commercial real estate confirmed it is a done deal. This is going to be great for the neighborhood but I am a little worried about what it will do to already-crazy parking. The current lot design looks pretty small from the renderings I have seen.
