1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fan HQ Media LLC (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2026 and ends on May 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Online Entry (Primary Method): Visit the Denver Locals' Gold 2026 page and submit your email address through the sweepstakes entry form. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for each nomination or vote you cast during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: one (1) vote per category per day.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a nomination or vote, send a hand-printed postcard with your full name, email address, and phone number to: Fan HQ Media LLC, Denver Locals' Gold 2026 Sweepstakes, [ADDRESS]. Postcard must be received by May 7, 2026. Limit one (1) alternative entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Win $500 in gift cards from Denver Locals' Gold winners!. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.00. Gift cards will be redeemable at winning businesses from the Denver Locals' Gold 2026 campaign. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 14, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor using a cryptographically random selection method. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification.

7. Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their email address and phone number (if provided) for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and, if opted in, for receiving the Sponsor’s newsletter. Entrants may opt out of the newsletter at any time. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunctions, or human error.

9. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

10. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Fan HQ Media LLC, Denver Locals' Gold 2026 Winner List, [ADDRESS]. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
